Processing Time
All items are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Time (After Fulfillment)
Estimated shipping times:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- APO/FPO/DPO: 10–20 business days (can be longer depending on military mail)
- International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or customs.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Printful’s live shipping rates and your location.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Multiple Items
If you order multiple items, they may ship separately because they may be produced in different Printful facilities.
Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Gosport Threads is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
